The item is very nice, the shipping leaves a lot to be improved. Printfy customer service was also not good. Only half my order showed up, in one package (the only tracking number I was given) when I contacted and asked for another tracking number for the missing half, they seemed to not follow what was missing. Luckily another package showed up the next day. I am glad that I got to support red fox farm, I know that I would likely not use printfy for anything in they future.....
